The armored Uruk Hai with sticks of dynamite looks like another power for the Orcs, which they already have.

Uruk hais in these games are elite units, like imperial are for humans, phantoms for undeads and glades for elves, they should all look alike as they are part of the same subfaction.

The unit's stats will be scaled similarly to other uruk units but having more abilities it will probably end up costing more than other uruks.

Actually the ranks are correct.

Helmets with no frill actually belong to Uruk scouts as well as bezerkers, while the ones we have are the basic Uruk helms, a captain has a larger frill (much like a centurian) with markings on it.

I think that these are mostly finalized

When I look at this image, I have the illusion that the uruk is going to the right and throwing dynamite to the left. It seems to me that you need to change the position of his legs.
