Nice i like the steampunk concept and it has good art for it i hope i can see it flourish

That's a very top angle. I would try a one more consistent with the infantry images.

Architecture: Brick wall constructions with iron frames
Infantry: Kind of referenced from 19th century British infantry outfit
Vehicles: The engine parts usually adopts the shape of train locomotives. Bronze outer hull.

Mediterranean Alliance - French

Architecture: Half-timber traditional French architecture
Infantry: Foreign Legion with Kepi hat
Vehicles: Hull are painted blue. Mechs often adopting humanoid designs. Some hull designs are referenced from medieval armor.

Germanic Kaiserdom

Architecture: Steel & concrete architecture
Infantry: PRUSSIAN HELMET.
Vehicles: Usually cubic shaped. Often having most parts covered with steel armor plates.

I plan to start with Victorians, Mediterranean Allies and Kaiserdom.
Expect the early arts will be related to them

But of course I'll try to get some concepts on other factions.

Victorian early gun walker, still using old concepts of line warfare.
I name it Line Marcher MK1.
It doesn't have a turning turret structure, it is basically a fixed gun mech with light armor.
