Redrawn the head.

A ot better. I think that if you make it a bit taller (so that the head stands out even more, it will look even better. Also I think that here will be important to play with shading, making the neck stand out more from the wings (thus making it more visible).

I completely forgot to update, but I'll try to make it even better anyway.

I agree, It could definitely help it to stand out. In general the entire ventral side of the dragon might be made similarly.

Definitely... but I fear you have made a mistake in the team color. Remember you can always made it brighter but not darker (it wouldn't change color at all remaining pink).

I added my team color chart on the upper left corner.

Good. Now I would also make its coloring more uneven and I would add something like some cuts and holes in its wings. Also the bright red color of the blood make it look more like an injuried, but alive, dragon, than a zombie dragon. I would make a few try to get the right one (maybe try applying more zombieish colors to it).

Good. The holes now are, maybe, a bit too prevalent. Try either making smaller holes or just less of them.

I think it is mostly fine. Maybe some more shading.
