How is this dude's helmslasher
Its not a broad axe, but a helmslasher, which is a stone pounding weapon. So a giant with a helmslasher

.
Thats why i suggested horse mace

What? No, I meant the image before the helmslasher.

If implemented broadaxe version, I'd suggest to add this skins.

The helmslasher you made seems too big. Fantasy giants with that weapon will fit more. Horse mace can also be good image-wise (but I've liked broadaxe more).
Btw, current cool guy is bigger than this, why don't you call him a giant?
I only added giant in the name because this is mainly featuring a tall and bulky person.

This is rhetorical, so no answer needed. And if i were to choose, i would go for the horsemace. Well if it seems too big, i would say i adjusted it to the size of the bearer

Lol, ok.
The mace you made looks too big. Make it one handed.

@Endru1241
Is not much
Is not suitable for him to be heavy foot melee, better to be melee foot since his armor does not exist and considering only the hp the armor status is half empty for the game, in addition he causes a really unbalanced damage to the elephant, it would be better approximately 250% or 280%.

Reduced elephant bonuses to 330%
I only agree about the elephant bonuses, with 420% it deals something like 60+ dmg.

Yea, im satisfied if this is implemented.
I came up with this idea when I read a manga called Vinland Saga. I saw thorkell the tall, a very tall viking with overwhelmingly powerful strength.

Stats-wise:
Shouldn't be too badly unbalanced.
Comparing to similar cost foot unit - Hoplite, it has a little less resilience - +50% more hp, but lacking armor, thus vulnerable to arrows. It has much lower mental resistance, but still can make conversion harder. Aoe however makes it have much, much stronger attacking side.
Bonuses are changed from classic heavy to anti-building (like most medium infantry), but slightly lowered so that should be ok. Bonus against elephants is huge - it deals 55 base damage, so it's like a specific counter.
I know heavy infantry category was meant as a disadvantage, but there is nothing that would indicate them to be heavy.
And it's one of the best categories on the weaknesses side.
I would rather give such unit even more hp and set medium infantry category.
Flavour-wise:
I don't think it fits. Not as a regular unit at least.
Massive, muscular and tall on the same time people are rather rare.
I am not sure if there would be as many as to create a regular army unit, not even saying about it being reproducible on larger scale.
Actually there were such tries to create a unit with only tall people during the history and it never really was successful, even though they tried to do it in much newer times with huge difference in population and scale of possible search. As far as I know nazi germans tried to do it and before them Prussia back in 19th century.
But maybe unique unit (after some boost)? Or just map-editor.

I will further reduce the bonuses to 200. To make it not a specific counter.
I thought that heavy category was meant for bulkier guys. I agree with more hp but medium category. Medium infantry just sounds wierd for a large guy.

I'd rather make it unique rather than unusable in games.
Ok, here's my suggestion of the boosted stats. Hope it isn't op..

I think this needs a demoralize aura. In my opinion, being in a close-battle against a tall and massive warrior will trigger fear. Maybe a demoralize aura with 1 range.
Improved shadowing.

This still can come in wagons, no? It's just a large muscular person.
Or it'll take 2 slots in some carriers, e.g.Wagon, ram and Siege tower.

Demoralise is much too strong to be given so freely.
It is also a sum of propaganda, more advanced mental techniques, cultural influence.
No - it should still be unique for units like senator.
Unless you meant low morale?
That should be acceptable.

Wise suggestion.
Well, actually in my design all uniques should be inconvertible, but being unique just asks for it.

There is no way to make units take more than 1 space.
So either normal 1 space, having run ability giving + speed, but taking an action, just like elephants or transformation with more speed but nerfed or removed attack/abilities.
Those two latter doesn't fit him though.

I've seen AoF do it. The large Uruk-hai warrior in wagons takes 2 slots. Right

Non-specific "melee foot" category is an advantage. There is few units having this, mainly for decreasing amount of bonuses against them as one of strong sides. It is much better than heavy melee foot.
