hastati has to phases: 1st they uses spears with similar stats to spearman but lower bonuses and hp, they get 1 more p armor/ 2nd they use sword and javelins, with worse stats than swordman adn bonuses, the only good thing is that they have thorwing abilities
velites: weaker stats than regular skirmisher, this canbe compensed by roman auras

Heavy infantry:
You can only recruit hastati - 2 turn unit with both medium and heavy categories (which is intentional disadvantage), having 18 hp, 8 power and 2/1 armors.
However it has 15% chance of promotion upon each attack (for now doesn't work if strike kills enemy). Once promoted it gets visual indicator and suspended transformation effect - after 2 turns it transforms into pricipes unit.
Principes loose disadvantageous medium category and have 23hp, 10 power, 3/2 armors. They also have 10% chance of promotion to triarii.
Last unit have 28hp, 12 power, 4/3 armors.
All three have legionary bonuses.
At the same time legionary becomes locked behind 4 turn research and gets cost 4->3 and build ability.
Velites:
10hp, 5 power, 3 range, 4 speed, bonuses: +25% vs elephants, +40% vs archers, +80% vs mounted archers,
+200% vs elephant archers
All are affected by proper centurion auras.
