I think we should up its range since he is technically a sniper. Plus that range is similar to the riflemen that's already in and he should have less range then this.

Dwarven rifleman will be changed anyway; this one also i think will be rethinked.

We will look onto him after all base army of dwarves will be ready.

Dwarves have got defender rifleman and musketeer so this one is not required.
