Little like in Total war but more events? We are like generals/agants? We lead surrvivors from your villges and going to find place to live,find allys and take villges back?

My character: (tell me if u think it too weird... )

Long ago, he took a bite from a mutant and his DNA morphed, making him look like a mutant. Looks like Hulk, but with scales and looking more like a reptile. Due to size and strenght, can use heavy guns with nearly no effort, besides being very resistant, fast, and have the same power the mutant had: if he bites someone, that person turns into a mutant too. (Kinda like werewolf.)

Gear: dual wielded miniguns, one BIG sniper

Is it nice

Maybe only one Minigun since 2 seems a little too heavy

Very good ranking system! Also some of the ranks are class like for example a engineer builds stuff while a sentry simply guards. Also "conscripts" are better equipped then privates HOWEVER they are more likely to be converted.

I don't know but Worker knows those

Californian Wasteland has a unforgivable climate where its VERY Hot, you can starve to death, need to stay hydrated, and very likely to die from hostile animals, BUT it can be one of the most important places as the Hoover Dam can produce electricity to the entire area!
The Commonwealth (or Common wealth of Massachusetts) is very dangerous in terms of raiders, mirelurks, deathclaws, and super mutants, but don't worry as the South is much more dangerous then the north. There are some very important places like Boston, Cambridge, Concord, Lexington, and the Boston stadium (Which is used for diamond city.)
Chicago Wasteland is very, very deserted of Humans but has Super mutants galore. Chicago is nearly destroyed but most are still standing. The Super mutants their are very powerful and have some very military grade tech,(CYBERNETICS!!!!)
Capital Wasteland is in Washington DC. Their are enemy's that are in the Commonwealth which are here too. The Enclave, Brotherhood, and several minor factions are here too and frequently battle each other. The outer part of Washington is very desolate while itself has its toppled and still standing buildings.

Also guy's, All Fallout factions are also joinable. Example is the BOS, The Institute, NCR, Caesar's legion, Master's Army (Correct me Alexander if I am wrong), and the ENCLAVE.
