I think the work is done.
Now should we wait for it to be accepted?
I am asking this because I think the part of HOJ in this is DONE

Hi - Good work guys! This looks like great unit with great discussions.

I think I say that I prefer these stats (minus the bonuses):
godOfKings wrote:2 turn version
Cost 2
Atk 4
HP 11
Speed 4
Armor 0/0
Spell resist 0%
builder: stables, castle
Has camel fear aura
First cost 2 mounted unit - cheap mamaluk. I think its weak hp would keep it from being spammed and it would not be OP compared to pikemen. I also agree that the fear and sand bonus should always apply because it is a camel.

I will wait to put ACCEPTED on here because I'd like the image to be edited slightly.
- could you make the camel a bit smaller (weaker camel than mameluk)
- and add a bit more team color

OK in that case he has same stats as I first posted, no bonus, higher speed in deserts and same debuff as mamelukes

Its not so effective in killing cavalry but it can move WAY MUCH FURTHER than any other 2 turn units especially in deserts, however defending a town isn't his cup of tea

it is. in the beginning from early cavalry.
because early cav (light and lancers as well as usually mogols) have 5 damage only.

Making a cavalry useless, and killing a cavalry are two different things, this unit can deal 4 damage and next turn enemy cavalry escapes, enemy akinji can also nullify ur akinji's atk

It will b useful to prevent players from only spamming cavalry and other infantry shall b used more to take out the akinji, also 2 horse archers with blacksmith archery upgrade can kill it from afar, most importantly it will trigger new strategies to b discovered

U would have to use units like Celtic warrior and samurai to defeat enemy akinji (or pikemen if they make any) first

Also against my new unit idea, raider with enough damage to destroy a factory, this unit might b gravely needed to weaken raider's atk (but this is less important since raider isn't implemented yet)

It will, this unit will be great at taking Tc's but since of his probable late arrival (Stables) This unit has the perfect balance.

Ballista with 16 damage can take him out too

I see, some basic units like pikemans are not affected by fear, but units with 100% spl. resistance, like Hungarian Hussar is affected

mongolian horse archer with four atk range can dodge the camel fear aura as its spell range is 3, so even mongolians can kill akinji all by themselves, thus i now believe it is actually not that op, units worst affected by this aura are:

light cav and upgrade
lancer and upgrade
hungarian hussar
chariot and upgrade
axe knight

however if we upgrade sword mastery lvl 1, then any unit with the combination of mongolian horse archer can take out akinji

I made a mistake with the unit name. It's not Akinji. There is no historical name for the Ottoman light camels, so just name it Ottoman light camels?

The camel needs a decrease in size to make it look weaker, and the rider could look a little neater.

I think wielding a spear instead of sword might actually be a good idea, it would make this unit substantially different from mamelukes
