Seems like he got it mostly down, although I want the aggressive AI to build the units so we can simulate Bandit camps or other things.

No. We need these that will NOT take extra slots.
Like current "john" but neutral friendly (they can't be attacked but you can move through, they can buff or heal your units, maybe pure white color for them) and neutral hostile (that will act as current john but more agressive, defending its territory, pure black color or brown).
Both these otherwise act as john: can't train units, walking around mindlessly.
And personally i want more ai-only slots. Maybe as additional option for single player.
What did he mean by the needs section?

Oh so like voting for it in? I'm not sure how to do that BUT before we do we need atleast two more new colors.
Maybe have 6 new colors in total and have people vote on what colors they want in. The colors with the 2 highest votes get implemented in
