Wrecking ball works differently.
It cost action but it also restores action and it is usable multiple times per turn as long as there are any corpses around.

Continuing,
1. So uds arcane power is to raise magical damage - like Necromancer magical beam, its damage increased?
2. I believe Elves' Marksman has one of its longbow shot ability that increases range and damage and it is instant (she still has action to shoot benefited by the buff, but I don't know whether it doesn't cost action or not). Does the case is different for Uds to have its heal ability doesn't take action like Elves' Marksman?

1. Not working right now. Only in plans.

2. The problem with eat corpse ability is that it requires extra cost — corpse. If we set for such ability to have 0 action cost while keeping extra cost than it leads to bugs.
Elven marksman ability does not have extra cost to activate — you do not need any unit to sacrifice in order to use it.
Btw. That is the reason why eat corpse ability on wrecking ball is made the way it is right now.

1. Monter Hydra ability that nullifies action is kinda not working as when next is ts opps turn, the target regains its action again (also happen to other ability that decrease atk).

1. How to use plague knight's poison weapon? I couldn't cast it both to melee nor ramged unit (inc self).

What does dismemberment tech do?

Also skeleton dragon, drake and wyrm's bonewhirl moves do not work.

Dismemberment makes zombies to drop zombie crawlers on death instead of rotting meat and zombie wurm from zombie dragon.

It is already done though.

Basically this tech "levels up" drops from various zombies and from zombie dragon.
