its more flexible, depending on no. of tcs u own, u can have all three- dojo, roman garrison and church

but because they have expensive units and techs if u fully want to utilize everything they offer u need to focus more on any one of them (basically build more factory building of one nation than the other)

also more roman, japanese and church units r planned to b added soon (but being a fan of all things japanese, i will b adding japanese units first )

for example, japanese have 8 turn cost daimyo which give from bushido aura, +2 atk and 30% convert resist to all units in a 5 tile radius, and a 5 turn cost yabusame which can attack 3 times from a range of 5 tiles, basic damage is 4 but with bushido aura gets 6 damage, and bonus against infantry gives 9 damage, so overall 27 dmg max....

church has priest and templar upgrade tech upgrades both templar and mounted templar (1 tech upgrades 2 units)

roman garrison has cheaper but strong units and legionary + dromedarii combo makes legionary invincible against everything except anti-infantry infantry like mace man and spartan (but getting dromedarii depends on luck or build many roman garrison and hope one gives a dromedarii auxiliary)

and finally, legionary, samurai and templar are available in more than one buildings so easier to make them (but upgrading techs can only b found in specialised buildings)
