Eventually, most nations will get added in the game.
Until the game is published in the Google Playstore, we will not add more nations to balance the game better and not cause more work.
Adding the United Nations as a faction won't be that fun as you'll have access to all nation's units and other stuffs. If we are to add them, that won't be a priority.
Rebels are planned to be added since they're likely unaffiliated with the other factions. Plus, a lot of rebellions have occured and will occur during the Cold War until the present day.

You can play the game in your Android phone. That's actually the default way of playing the games. Playing on PC would require an emulator here.
