A High turn cost because this ship will have the ability to shoot torpedoes at a minimum range of 3

I see no need for cheaper battleship, as battlecrusiers will be added soon anyway.

Thats exactly why I thought it was a good idea its a lighter battleship unable to keep up with other battleships due to its size but with torpedoes it can hurt even the biggedt vessels

Its a slow beast like the others but it has torpedoes, anti air defence, and its normal cannons.
cruisers are different because they only shoot once.
