I think that it's quite balanced for now but I still want to suggest it because I think it needs flavor.

What about adding vision ability to the archers inside?

Or a poison arrow for it's normal attack.

Of course it should be weaker than the normal one.

Later we will make all 2x3 megas more powerful.

Poison weapon passive is out of option but instead i was thinking to give for elven mega building higher amount of actions (via tech) and few abilities - wasp swarm (with lower range), maybe summon wolf. Also 1 or 2 support abilities for units outside of mega (clear vision or barkskin, something like that, based on druid abilities).

... actually we might grant it the ability to summon bears, but I would also like to note that all elven plant based structures will eventually get regeneration.

I'd like to keep bears for dwarves.

Bears are as common in forest's as they are in mountains, actually they're more common in forest's we're most their food is near.

Dwarves and elves have 2 different types of bears, dwarves ones being stronger and more resilient out of the 2.

there was talk about elf mages in recent list too - can this one be closed, or still needs change?

Yes it is but due to planned changes for it during buildings update.

if it waits for building update than not closable...

is it a balance problem?
if not, i move it to the suggestions part.
