I think it should only be able to go through shallow water.

yeah

it can be a normal panzer 4 Ausf D but when passing in the water its appearance changes and only the snorkel appears out of the water

hehehe i see it having the tower snorkel on it all the time

yes the version d would fit, but keep in mind that the gun is small and not really meant for tank combat but rather for infantry support
