Im 25% sure this is real but its 125% unrealistic...

It sounds like something they would do

Light/Medium tank design

chassis of the light tank 38t with a hetzer hull

Added a PzKpfw IV Ausf H turret on top of the hull

7.5cm gun

Role In Game

A unreasonable to add vehicle

I only expect it to gain attention not to be in game but if the spirit of German bias consumes you then add it...
