New Ninja Tech: Suijutsu

Hi forumers, hope all is well,
I propose this new tech as new ninja tech. My intention is that suijutsu allows ninja in all form to be able to cross the water tile (BUT not deep/dark water tile) as there is currently not a single flesh and blood units can cross even light water tile.
Suijutsu itself means "water technique", so it validates ninja to "swim" through light water tile.
The cost should be 5 turns, researched at Advancement Center, same as kusarigama no jutsu.
