Honestly, i don't like it's upgraded sprite. Too different from regular old Axe knight. I strongly suggest to change it as i think it does not look good. Please Consider it @Endru1241.

Comparison:

Current Elite Axe Knight New Elite Axe Knight

This thing look like dwarven axe man on horseback.

This "thing" you are referring to is leaning towards the horse. It is edited from original axe knight and has the same body position.

Whatever, may be its the head that had the defect. When i checked, the n.axe knight is fine, but the elite one also have such a stunted look.

Or the Beard. Anyways. i will change the head. It is looking big i suppose.

I will just make it a a helmet with cloth underneath.

i also saw this in the forum so i put this here. It can be the new Axe Knight Upgrade Icon.
I Modified it a bit.

may b add a horse shoe in upgrade icon to represent an axe horseman and not infantry

as for unit, i think the basic axe knight should have same posture as current elite axe knight instead

Maybe a good idea but i like the current axe knight posture. Is it necessary?

The old one will be available as skin.
