Idk what the Russians had but yee.
Huge amount of damage to infantry, unarmored vehicles and a little on armored vehicles

Also since its anti material it should be good for dismantling buildings

I made a prototype US anti material sniper
Note the role of these snipers arent just for infantry but for vehicles and small buildings
