Timariot (or tımar holder; tımarlı in Turkish) was the name given to a Sipahi cavalryman in the Ottoman army. In return for service, each timariot received a parcel of revenue called a timar, a fief, which were usually recently conquered plots of agricultural land in the countryside. Far less commonly, the sultan would grant a civil servant or member of the imperial family a timar. Also non-military timar holders were obliged to supply the imperial army with soldiers and provisions.

MY IDEA
Cost 3
Hp 20
Att 6
Arm 0/3
Speed 3

Passive effect
Timar revenue
-3 healing, effect enemy healers, rng 4
Bonuses 150% buildings, siege machines

Ability Mount Cavalry
Consume valuables x1
Cd 5 last 4

Hp 15
Att 9
Arm 0/0
Speed 5
Passive effect
Timar revenue
-3 healing, effect enemy healers, rng 4
Bonuses 50% archers
100% siege machines.
33% healers.

Proposed idea is an infantry unit with an ability to Mount horses. Thus it is in the infantry section.

i dont get how supplying troops or getting revenue is related to reducing enemy healing?

I guess because of stealing supplies or trade routes for medical things or something.
I don't really get it my self.

Bady guessed it almost right.

From the point of the reference I got, ottoman empire has their Timariots offered to other kingdoms, even to the enemy at the war time. ( The sultan offered the Timariot for enemy imperial families also for keeping them away from the war atmosphere)
So, for keeping the revenue for Timariots, the imperials were struggling and often traded even their necessities for gaining money. So a lack in enemy's medicinal assistance were reflected in the history references .

Thus this points to -3 heal to enemy healers. I am actually thinking about a steady -0.33X heal penalty instead of the constant value. Anyone agree?
And how about removing the cost x 1 on transformation.

How about instead of enemy healers, u make it an aura that reduces heal bonus of all flesh and blood enemies in 4 tile range, so it will harder for enemy healer to heal those units near timariot?

Since basic heal bonus modifier is usually 1, if u make it -0.5 that would mean enemies would heal half health, that is more useful than set -3 health i think

Basically wen healer is sending medical supplies, timariot literally steals from the enemies near him and the amount they are healed is reduced.

May b u could also give aura to increase heal bonus modifier of allied troops by 0.5? At least that matches with how he sends troops and supplies to the army to some extent?

A similar approach I put forward

As far as I know , the term steal doesn't match here. It was a shortage of money that made the enemy trade their medical supplies to provide revenue to the Timariots to exclude them from war circumstances.

This is nice, indicating the surplus medicinal products they have collected.

No. Don't make mercenaries overpowered again. Maybe just aura rng 3 and affecting Melee Mercenaries.
