I'd like to add an archer hero in the game (Royal Huntress is so damn overpowered. i don't want to use it).

I'll use this probably in the continuation of Asgeir campaign as Louise. And some other campaigns with a ranged hero i'd like to add.

I checked in a JSON formatter and Validator. Json looks fine. Only needs test.
