Licences, Permission evidences list, and its format

Please keep this in mind it is IMPORTANT!
When we use any content all should be totally FREE!
also those need listing in the "permission_evidences" folder under the free.txt file.
I just made the file format for WW2, please EVERY modder make his file like this in this EXACT format
here it is attached as a sample.
if u have in your alternative these AOW assets than list these in your version too.
Also if u happen to rename these assets than dont forget to update the iage/music name in this file too.
