The stats seems really bad when compared to the already underused poison horse archer.

I forgot that poison horse archer even existed lol. It is worse than Poison horse archer since it is cheaper.
But we'll find a next use for this one.

As a native Indian from adjacent state of manipur, the meitei were common folks , recruited into royal army, regarding their remarkable skills in poisons.
