Change:Reskins of some units in game - thanks to ZakTheBuilder1 and BrenoHenrique
Change:Furutaka-class Cruiser now has 500 HP and costs 9 turns now
Change:Bombing damage now has 400% bonus against superheavy tanks
Change:Lowe is no longer buildable, and remains in map-editor only

everything is right. except the skin of the Pz-4J which is still wrong using the skin of a Pz-4H. I think Harchie forgot to correct it.
