Its an vehicle that can turn into a field hospital, that then can heal units and has the same abilites like the medics. Speed 4, cost 3-4. The vehicle version can probably have 1 carry capacity too, but units cant attack from it. No heal rate in that form either.

Well, he has proven himself well on combat medics, and does not look too defiant, unlike red and white.
