I see that roman is also famous for their cataphractarii.
Can be an upgrade of equites for the romans.
They would have like the same three upgrade like most of the units.

Hold your horses!
First let's ask ourself this- is there actually any special need to make roman specific cataphracts?
Wouldn't they just use regular more universal ancient cataphracts?

Catafractals are from a period when the great Roman empire no longer had its glory, and from what I researched, it was not a cavalry charge against enemy formations, but they entered the battle to kill the enemies after losing their formation. for me it would be a cavalry with statuses very similar to a basic cavalry in the game with a bonus against large infantry, maybe 100% or 125%, somewhat reminiscent of the spahi bonus, that despite having the same damage as a normal knight his damage bonus against infantry and 100%, killing a swordsman with a blow and even with the improvement of the level 2 infantry armor blacksmith still and killed with a single blow, but maybe I have a hunch about.

I just finished writing a detailed text and I don't get any recognition, the endru writes two words and the spotlight highlights him and the audience tirelessly applauds him.
it's just a joke
