A 5 turn infantry antmen warriors buildable in the Grand hive. Much more armor than the antmen warriors, can probably keep their abilities.

We have no image for juggernauts yet. More armored warriors with a different weapon type should fit.

You mean physical appearance, not the equipment? Yes, they are the same caste.

Hmm, hand-held rigs are not considered weapons? What weapon do you think could be given to them? As I understand it, juggernauts are sort of thugs.

No, juggernauts are heavily armored soliders. You can give them some laser shotgun looking things, that should work.
