Although the Stuka's vulnerability to enemy fighters was exposed during the Battle of Britain, the Luftwaffe had no choice but to continue its development, as there was no replacement aircraft in sight. The result was the D-series. In June 1941 a new Daimler-Benz DB 603 engine was installed on the Ju 87 D-1. (This would increase the speed of the stuka in the game)

this version would increase its speed by 1 and would be the middle update eg: Ju-87 Stuka (in the game) >> Ju-87D-1 >> JU-87G-1 "Kanonenvogel". this plane deserves an update because it is so famous.
