Cannon Fear on Elephants

Cannon should have an effect Cannon Fear on an elephant when it hits an elephant or a unit adjacent to it.
Timeout: 5
Effect: -5 Power, -2/-2 Armour
Multiple Cannon Fear effects should not stack but restart the timeout to 5 turns.
Thus elephants will have a great disadvantage if the enemy has cannons. This thing reflects the fact that war elephants were very scared of the sounds and the sparks of fire when a cannon is fired. One of the best examples is the First Battle of Panipat (India, 1526) where the war elephants of Ibrahim Lodi, the loser, was very scared of the the sounds and the sparks of fire from the cannons of Babur, the winner.
Bonus on elephants of Cannons may be given but not much (if any).
