I prefer to uninstall game frequently when i get bored from it and install it again when i want to play. So last time when i saw there is a synchronisation option i got insured that my progress will not be lost. But after installing again i saw that i lost 3 levels of progress, upgrades and gems. So i just want to know how my progress is saved for the account. I do want to uninstall it but i don't want to loose any progress. I have tried manual synchronisation also but it doesn't work.

Before uninstalling game go to your account and push the save account button.
It does not save automatically data onto cloud thus you need to save it manually this way from time to time.

Thanks for reply but when i lost the progress last time i already tried manual saving but again i lost the progress. Manual saving doesn't work as it should have.

It works, maybe you've tried something else.

Go to Account and press Save account. That way your progress will be saved even if you delete the app. Though, your created map editor maps will be discarded.
