This would be an ability available to jet fighters that are capable of doing this. It would increase the distance traveled by the plane, but would cause damage against allied and enemy infantry units for the proximity of the path the fighter makes.In fact, contrary to what many believe, the speed above the sound is not only fast but the shock and vibration of the air can break glass damage the hearing and even burst the eardrums and cause deafness.

Would jet plane normally fly in such low altitude that we r affected by its speed? Wouldnt it b more easily detected by enemy radar like this?

That's right clearly would be easily detected, and it only damages infantry above the speed of sound 343 m/s depending on temperature.
