I have an idea That maybe implemented in future update, adding helicopter to AoWw, it will work just like a plane but it can land on specific tile like grass, sand, snow. It can't land on forest, mountains or waters tile.
when it land it no logger become air unit and can't move nor attack.

and also some helicopter can carry unit not like paratrooper plane but like transport truck, the unit only should able to get in or out when the helicopter land.

This has been discussed before and denied, the reason being is that they weren't widely enough used, and were largely civilian inventions that the military adopted.
