I think it could use more work. The Blades needs some outline. Or just light gray around the borders as i can't see much from it.

Galadhrim Guardian's shield looks broken and plain. No details and such.

Galadhrim Vanguard's blades looks weird. The uniform also doesn't have enough shading and details. In the level of shading, it's just like the shield from Guardian.

Galadhrim Sentinel looks fine. But the shield could use some work. Maybe team color on the shield that marks something.

Sentry looks good to me.

What about this style ?

I shortened the part on his helmet and added a cape.

This style is better i think.

Vanguard: The Shield color seems to be blending with the uniform. Also, if that will be the new shield pose then the position on where it's weapon is placed needs to be changed too. Similar to Sentinel But i wouldn't recommend that as it will have the same pose as another unit. Which is also a glade.

So i think it is better for it to have the same pose as the previous one, to avoid confusion.

Sentinel: The shield is much better. You also added shading to it which is nice. The uniform could use it too. Shading.

Guardian: It looks worse in my opinion. I liked the previous stance more. But if you change the shield to be bigger and the weapon to be more visible and not blending with the shield, it might work. It will be unique too.

The Vanguard didn't have a shield, it was the cloak. I thought this confusion might cause problems with other skins as well, so to avoid confusion, I switched from Yellow cloak to Blue cloak and added masks to their faces.

I made the same changes in the Guardian, tried an interesting style on the shield. The sword should look better now.

Color change in Sentinel too.

While fighting with the orcs, the Vanguard broke that side of his spear. He was nearly killed by an orc. To hide his shame, he hides that side of his spear in his cloak.

It's funny, but there will be a whole army of such elves. Is each of them broken spear by some orc and each of them will hide their shame? I think you need to try to draw the spear as it was and bring it to the fore in relation to the cloak.
