Submarine proposal. Give the opportunity to transport special forces and seals. But during transportation, prohibit shooting with all types of weapons to ensure stealth.
I already wrote. Nuclear submarines have nothing to shoot other targets with. They have no weapons to attack buildings, infantry, equipment. They have a maximum of MANPADS for hitting low-flying air targets.
