Add option to like / upvote posts on forum

Just a simple way to show appreciation or agreement for someone's post without having to comment, would be an easy and efficient way to gauge response for suggestions and ideas.

I have made several improvements in forum topic (implemented by stratego), like some customization options.
But this 'adding reaction' requires extensions to phpbb. Well, i am not used to that and i am not currently able to spent that much time on it.
This is a ready extension i found in phpbb forum by a fellow forumer. I don't know if it works.
So, its upon to stratego to use this extension at risk.
