age of halo wars

I have been a fan of the halo games since i was seven. Now that i have learned about age of galaxy i thought why not a halo version of the game. Featuring the UNSC, covenant, Prometheans, forerunners, swords of saint Helios, Banished, and the flood. I got the idea after playing age of world wars.

The problem is that if content is copyrighted than game can be shut down.

Probably no if content of halo is copyrighted.
Probably it will be stopped like age of alerts or star wars strategy.
