A mobile game called clickapocalipse2 uses AOS units textures. Did they stole it or is it open source?

here is mentioned a free collection we started to use - if u see those units than no problem, but if u see one of our oown design than not good (easy to know: what u dont see in this tometic coellction that is ours)
