Any kind of rebel/gang/anti-government tank.

Why should the rebels have their own tanks? There are guerrillas, insurgents, too, rebels and terrorists do not produce equipment, even in AOWW the resistance of France has Shermans

Uh.. to simply have balance..
Rebels include guerrilla warriors and insurgents.
They won't have much anti tank capability besides RPGs and some other anti armor weaponry they get the same way they get tanks.
So.. they will have some armoured vehicles
and be able to produce them
But maybe there can be a way for them to capture another players vehicles easily rather than let them produce them..
But that's not up to me.

Anyway if they do produce they will not be as powerful as other factions vehicles ofc.
Nor will they have as many to choose from.
