Game creators or the first player cannot pick random race.

When you pick random race and you're the first player, it will still say "Choose a race" when you selected random race option.

I've noticed that too, I think the creator should definetely be able to randomise his race.

not sure it is bad - the creator can select anything he wants, why would he want random on first place?

For the trill of not knowing what he gets? If anything, not randoming your race but only other players seems unfair.

but you can make a map easily where you are not random and all other are random.

to go further: if the random would work, all other player would see the same as random race can be seelcted on joining/or creating.

so you will never know if creator selected random or a fix race.

Ok, but that doesnt get in the way of letting the creator choose a random race. The point is to allow the creator to not know what race they will end up with.
