what is copy right and what is not

For my game i'm working on is it copy right to take a ship from halo or a titan from titanfall and make them a unit to put in my game.
Copyright:
- the exclusive legal right to reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute the matter and form of something (such as a literary, musical, or artistic work)
- the exclusive legal right, given to an originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same.
Copyright is the reason why we are unable to publish many possible variants. Some of those which could be located in the forums are AoLoTR(Age of Lord of The Rings), AoA (Age of Alerts), AoSW (Age of Star Wars). I'm unsure if the name I wrote here are correct but these are what I remember.
We could be punished by law if we publish copyrighted stuffs.
