Balance changes and fixes:
insectoid eggs can be laid on woods as well
all AA units now target correct units
ant diligence and prefundations tech now affect only insectoid builders/buildings
you can attack from ruins
PAD shooters are now properly categorised
stratofighter's attack decreased, anti air bonus increased, stratosphere bombing now has cooldown
ballistic submarine and ballistic cruiser now can't move and attack
heart of swarm only affects insectoid infantry units
mega buildings category added, siege units have higher bonuses against them
insectoid transport ships can now carry heavy vehicles too
