Money courier - ANSWERED

When you use a money courier to speed up production, next turn the unit/tech is only 2 turns closer to completion. Shouldn't it be 3 turns (1 normal+2 for the money courier)? You are losing turns this way (money courier costs 2 turns to make).
Is this intended behaviour or not?

It is absolutely intentional.
You loose 1 turn if you want to centralize the production (speeding up an expensive production), this is the cost you pay for it.
