not a propper balance post, but since all auxiliars are aviable after mariam reforms, then sagittarius should have the same fate...

Auxila are available before marian reforms.
Marian reforms tech is only required for legionary unit.
And auxila summons tech, that unlocks special ability for roman garrison.
