Stats mistake Saboteurs IMPLEMENTED

The newly added Saboteurs have bonus to mega buildings written twice. Instead, there needs to probably be bonus to regular buildings (100%?).
It's wierd it was written twice. I think I know why tho.
It doesn't need a bonus against buildings, as it only damages them anyway.
Actually, jeez, I didn't think to give it no counterattack.
