Hi, just asking, how to deal with elven mage, and ranged support, like they just keep making more of these ents, and you cant do anything, cause theyre hiding inside buildings, behind a tank in tc, or in a ent, and just summoning tanks from a long range

Get some slowing or barriers, few aoe units and anti-giants/anti-plants.

For races specifically:
Humans — hide your units inside battering rams, use bassistas and pegasus riders. And ofc against fortifications build trebs.
Orcs — use overbuffed minotaurs. Usually that's enough.
Elves — wolf spam, do not leave for enemy any free space to summon
Undeads — curse! Curse is a love, curse is a life! And fireballs.
Dwarves — use zeppelins, gunners, slingers, rune of chilling steel, cannons... These guys have most amount of good counters.
Scalefolks — no idea yet.

Also side note:
Later sorceress will loose ent summon (will be moved to woodshaper).

You forgot the whole point, attacking ents is point less, it just gets summoned back, and their dmg isnt an issue, just the fact opponent has spammable, long range moving walls,like dogs wont destroy buildings and cant get through ents, Minotaurs the same, and only one Minotaur can destroy tankier buildings, rams just get blocked by ents, dwarfs need eternity to get to have any valid siege, and they lose big time against elves in range, and cant get close in melle thanks to said ents

Feel like ents shouldnt have so great range, or at least be a one time summon, but without vanishing

Also good luck cursing these things, you lose a mummy to force a enemy to delete their summoned ent and summon it again, great option

You must attack not these summons but ent warriors.

As for ent summoning — in future it will be changed a lot:
1. It will get 3 tiers — sproutling/dendroid/ent
2. It will be locked behind techs
3. It will be moved to woodshaper
4. It will have cooldown higher than vanishing (for now in plans x2 times of vanishing)

Well, makes sense assuming elves get some good melle units to compliment

Also i always See them in defence, so propably need hit buildings instead, propably need a way to defend siege on top of it
