Helmet Monted Display
In short a hud installed in the pilot's helmet visor, that hud can have control over the radar and weapons system.
It can be used for both fighters and helicopters.
Look at a target and have the cannon pointed at it.
My suggestion for helicopters is:
Increase helicopter machine gun damage against infantry.
Or: Two helicopter machine gun attack actions.
