Unit descriptions spelling IMPLEMENTED

I found some inaccuracies.
- in artillery trackers tech, the description should tell it's -5% on miss rate.
- same thing in ultimate projectiles tech
- please name it Antmen SOLDIER, not solider

I always get the spell of soldier wrong.

in genertal: never write ANY values in descriptions. all values are generated onto statsheet. simply write: "it decreases the miss rate"
