Change:Current BA-64 is replaced by GAZ-64, and BA-64 is a new unit
Change:Rangers now have a bonus against infantries
Fix:Riflemen's anti-personnel grenades can now target enemy infantries
Fix:Submarines can now submerge in deep water again

New campaigns:Operation Alpa, Operation Bravo, Operation Charlie
New FAN map:Water war
Terrain changes:Roads have nicer appearance, also in mapeditor you can use many many new terrains(railroad, elevation etc.)
