(Phone stolen) I lost my password to login how to get acc back?

This is player TheSenate on Age of strategy my bad phone got stolen by a crackhead on camera at my Job which i reviewed the security footage. I want to know how to login to my account on AOS because I forgot my password. I know my username and email, I do not know the password. How do I recover the account?
