Balance changes and fixes:
rocket artilleries' attack decreased, hp of the vehicle variants decreased,
cost of alpha minigunners, blade and spear alphas increased, their hps adjusted
space marine's cost and attack decreased,
stimpack and enchantment drugs no longer give miss chance.
Fix:
abilities that require corpses work again.
New decoration and terrain, thanks to Anchar
New skin pack, using the Rangers in the Galaxy's units images, made by DDD
